  • The project is registered as “Happinest Tathawade Phase-1” under MahaRERA No. P52100028049/P52100045388 available at http://maharera.mahaonline.gov.in.
  • Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited ("Promoter") is inviting offers/applications for allotment of an apartment for its Multiplier Rebate Plan ("MRP") in its project, "Happinest Tathawade" at Tathawade, Maharashtra ("Project").
  • You can select your preference for an apartment by submitting the MRP Application Form. By submitting the MRP Application Form and making an online payment of Rs 45,000/- or cheque payment of Rs. 50,000/- as MRP Token Amount ("MRP Token Amount") to the Promoter, your unique MRP number shall be generated.
  •  The MRP Token Amount is fully refundable if you are not able to complete the application process to book an apartment of your choice at Mahindra Happinest Tathawade within one month of payment of the MRP Token Amount. The MRP Token Amount shall thereafter be refunded to you within 30 working days without any interest.
